Local projects require local participation

MDS independently manages and directs the complete development process, although we believe it is paramount that successful local projects must also reflect local participation. In order to achieve that goal, we handpick the right individuals with the right skills to round out a development team that functions cohesively and reflects each community’s local professionals, financial institutions, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Through our vast development experience, the MDS team has the expertise to effectively lead these dynamic teams and manage each stage of the development process. We do not outsource critical leadership roles like other firms.
